{"id":28,"date":"2023-04-25T10:15:31","date_gmt":"2023-04-25T10:15:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/helpdesk.wptsp.com.au\/?knowledgebase=demo-article-2"},"modified":"2023-06-28T10:47:02","modified_gmt":"2023-06-28T10:47:02","slug":"demo-article-2","status":"publish","type":"knowledgebase","link":"https:\/\/helpdesk.wptsp.com.au\/?knowledgebase=demo-article-2","title":{"rendered":"Installation and Setup"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #e75f42;\">TimesheetsPro Board Setup<\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">For TPRO to work, you&#8217;ll need to have the following columns set up on your board:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">TPRO can be configured on the item as well as sub-item level.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #f1b152;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #f1b152;\"><br \/>\nTo timesheet against items, you will need :\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"color: #f1b152;\">Item<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0columns:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">1x <span style=\"color: #f1b152;\">Status<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">1x <span style=\"color: #f1b152;\">People<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">1x <span style=\"color: #f1b152;\">Number <\/span>(Published Hrs)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #f1b152;\">To timesheet against items, you will need :\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"color: #f1b152;\">Subitems<\/span><\/strong> columns:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">1x <span style=\"color: #f1b152;\">Sub-item Status<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">1x <span style=\"color: #f1b152;\">Sub-item People<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">1x <span style=\"color: #f1b152;\">Sub-item Number <\/span>(Published Hrs)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"ose-loom ose-uid-73520a16e40d654e8339839533ea9e8f ose-embedpress-responsive\" style=\"width:650px; height:360px; max-height:360px; max-width:100%; display:inline-block;\" data-embed-type=\"Loom\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" allowFullScreen=\"true\" title=\"Installation and setup of TimesheetsPro \ud83d\udcca\" src=\"https:\/\/www.loom.com\/embed\/8a465d3f5afe493496f64ccfb19424fd\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"650\" height=\"360\" webkitallowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #e75f42;\">TimesheetsPro Installation<\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">TPRO has one <span style=\"color: #f1b152;\">Board View<\/span> and a <span style=\"color: #f1b152;\">Custom Object<\/span> View.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Once you\u2019ve installed the app:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Click on +Add View (Next to the Main table)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Search \u2018TimesheetsPro\u2019 in the Views Centre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Click on the <span style=\"color: #f1b152;\">TimesheetsPro Calendar<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Click on Add to Board the <span style=\"color: #f1b152;\">Views Centre<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once you&#8217;ve added the view click on <strong><span style=\"color: #f1b152;\">Setup<\/span><\/strong> button to get started.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #e75f42;\">TimesheetsPro Configuration<\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Once you&#8217;ve added the Calendar View, click on<span style=\"color: #f1b152;\"><strong> Setup button<\/strong><\/span> to configure.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In setup based on columns saved, the task list on the left-hand side will be customized to individual users.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong><span style=\"color: #f1b152;\">Subitem Owner Column<\/span><\/strong>: This ensures that the tasks will be shown to me only if I am assigned to the owner Column<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span style=\"color: #f1b152;\"><strong>Sub-item Status Column<\/strong><\/span>: This ensures that tasks that have the status of &#8220;Done&#8221; will be hidden. In <strong>column settings<\/strong>, you can <strong>specify which colors mean &#8220;Done&#8221;<\/strong>.
